The Mob-i was nationally launched in March this year, with the formalization of Itaipu-CEiiA partnership, and provides actions until 2020. The first phase included the implementation of control and monitoring systems for electric vehicles in Foz do Iguaçu, Curitiba and Brasilia.

In the second phase sharing models of vehicles and electric bicycles will be developed, besides the lab facility with Smart electric station in Foz do Iguacu, similar to systems already implemented in Portugal.

In the third phase, Mob-i intends to encourage industry to transform this new technology into products to the markets of Brazil, Paraguay and whole Latin America.
