The action supports initiatives by the communities where the Cultivating Porá Water program operates, especially in areas related to Brazilian and Paraguayan folklore.
Approximately 75% of the people living in the program's area of action are Brazilians whose children were born in Paraguay, the so-called “Braziguayans”. The purpose of the program is to accelerate the integration between the two peoples.
An example of integration can be found at the Ypoti Choir, whose members are almost entirely children of Brazilians singing the Paraguayan anthem in the Guarani language.
